Acupath Laboratories is looking for a Human Resources Generalist that knows what they’re doing.

That’s where you come in.

You’ll own the entire people function end-to-end. That means:

• Process payroll.
• Be the keeper of all things Paycom.
• Administer 401k.
• Be able to explain our benefits to people so that they can actually understand what you’re saying.
• Keep us legal and legit. (Make sure we follow Dept of Labor standards. Ensure all employees complete their required trainings).
• Do you understand 1095-C’s? Good.
• E-Verify. I-9’s. W-4's.
• Handle all unemployment claims and Workers Comp audits.
• There’s probably more but this was a good starting point.

You’re the right fit if:

• You’ve run HR for a 50–200 person company and nothing fazes you anymore.
